When traveling for business or on vacation, I often take photos of the hotels I visit with every intention of posting a review on the hotel in the future. Then I get busy with other matters and the review sits untouched and photos are ignored. The result is a backlog of hotel reviews that I have been meaning to write, many of which no longer follow any sort of chronology, pattern or theme.
So then what do you do when you have a week’s worth of reviews compiled on your computer? You introduce something called Random Hotel Review Month to bridge the posts together!
That’s exactly what I will be doing over the course of November as I introduce you to reviews of exotic places like New Jersey, Wisconsin, California and Virginia. Then we will also work in international destinations like Paris, Istanbul, Rarotonga, Aitutaki and Moorea.
Fellow Travel Bloggers, I highly recommend that you join me in Random Review Month – liberate those reviews from your hard drives!
In looking through my archives, here are the hotel stays that I will be reviewing. These reviews range in dates from October of 2012 through October of 2013.

Do You Like Hotel Reviews?
I personally enjoy reading hotel reviews – especially to locations I hope to visit. But what about domestic US hotels? Are they worth reviewing or should I keep my reviews to high end and international hotels?
Food Wine and Miles says
I think domestic hotels are absolutely worth reviewing. My challenge to you is: are any of your “random” hotels more random than my Sheraton [next to the highway, on the outskirts of] Annapolis review? :) http://first2board.com/foodwineandmiles/2013/10/14/hotel-review-sheraton-annapolis/

That’s definitely quite random!
Samsonite Life says
Not so sure if NJ and NC are exotic, but I like the random hotel reviews. I’ve stayed at many of the ones you listed and enjoy the quirks and settings of each one. Of course, my Samsonite luggage looks like its been through the mill, but…. oh the memories. Especially of that time in the Cook Islands… wait… What happens in the Cook islands stays in the Cook Islands, right?
