I finally got to try Scott Conant’s cuisine this past April. But, I’ve learned that, since then his restaurant has closed. But I’m still reviewing the defunct Masso Osteria Las Vegas since his signature dish is still available elsewhere on the Strip.
If you didn’t already know, I love pizza. Not just any pizza, though, it has to be good, brick oven fired pizza. And, recently, I found a new favorite pizza restaurant – Pizza Rock Las Vegas.
After my red-eye flight to Vegas, I got my Audi A4 from Silvercar and headed to the hotel. My room wasn’t ready yet, though, so I decided to grab a small bite from Brioche by Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace.
At the one Hawaii Food & Wine Festival event Mrs. Island Miler went to, we got to sample Brandon Jew’s cuisine. So I knew going to San Francisco that enjoying modern Chinese at Mister Jiu’s was a priority for us.
So, dining at The French Laundry was the primary goal while we were in NorCal. But, since we were going to be in San Francisco, and reservations were available, why not have an amazing experience at Atelier Crenn too?
After settling into the JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square, we headed out to our first dinner in the city. And for our first dinner, I chose the One Michelin Star Rich Table for an intriguing dining experience.
