Mini Tide Pool on an Algae Covered Rock on a Pacific Ocean beach

That's quite the mouthful, isn't it? But I'm not sure how else to describe this view from Drake's Beach in the Point Reyes National Seashore. My feet got soaking wet from the incoming waves, but not before taking hundreds of photos of the area. Shipwreck at Bolinas Point – Point Reyes, California

During last week's photo session in Point Reyes we spotted this shipwreck from above while on our drive to the point. I had to pull over and get a shot of this boat perfectly embedded on the beach, slowly weathering away. This area is called Bolinas Point in Inverness.
