With Hyatt’s recent category adjustments, my expiring credit card certificate became good at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki. So, I decided to do a Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach – Two Years Later staycation to see what’s changed.
Recently, Mrs. Island Miler and I attended a wedding in Waikiki. And thanks to excellent rates, we made a weekend of it by staying in a Courtyard Waikiki 1-Bedroom Suite. Unfortunately, our stay was a disappointing one.
The Laylow Waikiki opened last May, and since it was a hotel I was following closely, I ended up staying there soon after opening. But much can change in the first year of a hotel’s operations. As a result, I thought it prudent to do a The Laylow Waikiki – one year later review.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was the hotel I’ve wanted to review the most in Sin City. And, recently, I got the chance to stay there. But, instead of being a fantastic experience, the Cosmo ended up being very underwhelming.
I needed to stay in a different hotel than my primary one for one night in Vegas. And my choice of hotel ended up being the Delano Las Vegas.
Ironic isn’t it? In 2017, I did something I never thought I’d do: visit Las Vegas. And yet, just a year later, I find myself in Sin City once again. So let’s get into my Las Vegas 2018 introduction post.
